why do some charts follow technical analysis more than others
Technical Analysis is the study of mass psychology, therefore stocks having a high volume would generally tend to have higher probability to follow the basic principles of Technical analysis. The low volume stocks can easily be manipulated by a few hands which makes them difficult to analyze.
For eg, if a very low volume stock gives a breakout, then someone holding a very large quantity can easily halt the up move with his sheer supply, but it is relatively difficult to do so in a high volume stock.
