Neil Parikh of PPFAS has mentioned many times that at current TERs passive funds are unviable . May be post listing HDFC AMC and UTI have started feeling the pinch hence doubled the TER to make the funds viable for them. It’s a loss for the investors especially when passive has just started gaining momentum in India
