Ltp price to copy-paste in excel

I simply need last trade price (LTP) of all 184 f&o stock annytime during trading session to copy-paste in excel sheet for calculation I used yahoo finance but it is not working anymore n google data is 15-20 minute late. any way to copy data from zerodha marketwach? or any other site? thx in advance
