The response from zerodha support is not satisfactory

The response from zerodha support is not satisfactory.Th charts in Pi do not get updated, this issue is prevailing from longtime. The support team asks to reconcile. I have told them that it does not resolve the issue.
I have rasied ticket for my issue and still there is no solution for this.

Not getting the same from Zerodha from 4th April 24 till date even after sending multiple mails n create tickets for KYC update
