Tickertape index pe pb dividend yield calculation

I am trying to compare fundamental metrics of various index on tickertape and NSE . Issue is that metrics are very different.Specially the dividend yields of index. Can you please check and confirm if these metrics are correct on tickertape. Attaching the screenshots for reference. Thanks
