I traded today VEDL dec fut. i placed BO order @93.4 with target of 93.7 and SL as 92.9. Then i got mssg from ur admin that there is some backend problem. later my SL order got hit but not at 92.9 instead at 92.85. I closed my terminal after this. being it was BO my target order should have got cancelled automatically but it was not done so today. and later my target order of 93.7 got hit and executed. Since i had logged off i was not aware of all these happenings. later to check my funds/balanced margin i tried to logged in but could not so i tried thru kite and came to know about all these things. surprisingly market started falling in last one hr and my sold fut contract of 93.70 is now standing @ 92.40 showing net position of profit of 3000/-. the said position is still showing open, why it was not got canceled in first place? secondly why it not got squared off @3.20 pm? and now when i tried to square off this open position on my own, it didn't allowed me do so. what is outcome of all these things in my account?
I am not able to understand whether i should cry for backend not worked properly or i should laugh for my loosing trade worked out profitable for me due to this situation
