I’ve heard people typing f&o is more traded than equity. So how much money is traded in equity (daily report), in BNFF&O, NFF&O, and EQF&O?

For NSE, you could check this page (Index Futures and Index Options columns share combine statistics for BankNifty, Nifty50 and FinNifty).

For BSE, you will have to check Currency, Derivatives and Equity segment reports separately (daily statistics are visible only after clicking the specific year (like 2021-2022) and then scrolling down to click the specific month).
