Track My External Investments On Coin?

How to Track Your External Investments on Groww - Groww provides a a way to track external investments (non-demat mutual fund investments) by accessing the CAS. When can we have such a thing on Zerodha? @nithin ?

@Alwin

Hi @curious .

We are working on a similar project which can help to track the investments/insights across depository holdings on a regular basis. You should hear some updates from us in the next few months.

Any update on this? @Alwin

Currently, transferring existing mutual fund holdings to Zerodha Coin requires dematerialization. Would Zerodha consider offering mutual funds in non-demat form for a more convenient experience?

We have been in touch with the RTA and a workaround is being figure out. Will keep you updated on this.

Not yet, this will take a month or two.

We need an app with good interface which shows all our investments across zerodha if not other brokers.

All my investments are with zerodha so I’m not much concerned with other stuff. But even then, I need to open console on a mobile browser to view the consolidated PNL. I have niftybees on zerodha, and mutual funds on coin. I want to be able to see them together at one place in a good mobile interface. I want one consolidated XIRR like console shows. Coin only shows mutual funds XIRR.

It can be done in Coin or in another new app. Both are fine with me. But at least have a good way to see the investments across your own platform. Other platforms can come after that.

@nithin

Currently I am being forced to use Valueresearchonline dot com to see all my investments together in a nice way. It also shows me 1day change. 1 month change. 3 months change. Etc etc
To be clear these are all zerodha investments, I am only using their platform for tracking.

You need to add these features. Every single mutual fund app shows the total change(absolute) in portfolio value in one day. You only show overall pnl of the portfolio.

I know you guys think that investors shouldnt obsess with 1 day change or micromanage stuff. But the competition is doing it. Every single platform has one day change. You guys need to do such stuff. Look at valueresearch, paytm money etc and bring their features in a nice interface.
@nithin

@emrys11 we are working on the 1 day, 1 month and 3 mo the change for coin. We are revamping a lot of things on the UI and will make things easier for you to track.

Additionally we are getting MF holdings on Kite as well so that you have a consolidated view of the holdings along with the relevant details.

Great to hear about the proposed revamps.

But I can’t even see my kite holdings on kite.All my mutual funds are also pledged. If they show up like this with 0 quantity and everything 0, what’s the point.

Will check the possibilities.

This mandate was registered in July with 1 crore limit(similar to all new mandates). It’s with Sbi.
Why can’t I set up the sip with amount above 1 lakh then when mandate limit is 1 crore.
