What is the logic of buying at 9:15?
If it is purely based on time, you can create a condition like Close higher than 0

At 9.15 bank nifty is extremely volatile, some times you can see bank nifty gap down or gap up even by 500 points plus and RSI goes below 15 or 85, if one wants to do straddle (either long / short) and I hv seen many times this recovers very quickly by 300 - 500 points, so one can make quick money by buying this at 9.15 or 9.16 of course with a condition that RSI is either extremely overbought or over sold
one can use candletime and set the hour and minutes to buy
Candle Time(hourofcandle) equal to 9 and Candle Time(minuteofcandle) equal to 15
