Trade other people money with Power of attorney

Hi,
Can we trade other people money in intraday or FnO or swing or basically with complete freedom whatever we can do with our money , if we have power of attorney ??

I suppose you need to create a PMS or AIF to do that. If you are an individual it leads to legal troubles for trading other people money.

Yes, you can trade others’ money in intraday, FnO, or swing trading with a valid POA, but you must act in their best interest and comply with SEBI regulations.

@VAMPIRE

Bro you are saying you want someone to give you money to gamble with it, and not know what you will do with it. You don’t want to share your strategy but you also don’t want the liability if things go south.

Get a loan from the bank and use that. Investors won’t give you money based on blind requests.

Then you don’t trade.

What does it even mean to have 92% accuracy??

One way would be to learn a marketeable skill, get employed, earn from it, save.
And use a small part of one’s savings to validate one’s supposedly “foolproof” strategy
to discover what one overlooked in the theory, but which is obvious in practice.

…and then slowly build upon it.

@vampire, from the limited interaction we have had on this forum recently,
there are too many red-flags.

  • No sign of understanding of the markets.
    • Giving trading-calls on the internet using a pseodonym is not proof of it.
  • No sign of risk-management.
  • Poor communication skills (broken english grammar)

These aspects do not instill confidence in “potential investors”.

Anyway, there are enough idiots losing money in the markets everyday.
Likely you will find yours. Hopefully not on TradingQnA.com though.

PS: Am not saying that your strategy is invalid. Rather you are unable to demonstrate its validity. Also not saying you are incompetent. Rather, am unable to see any sign of competence in what you have shared so far, and how you have shared it. This is feedback from a random stranger on a public forum. Do what you wish with it.

Its a phenomenon of the market, i have come across such laughable claims a few times which defy reasoning. Extreme returns + don’t have capital. What ???

1% per day = more than 10x per year with compounding.
Start with 10k. Take a loan, do some part time job anything.
After 1 year you have 1L.
After 2 years, you have 10L
After 3, 1Cr
After 4, 10Cr
After 5, 100Cr

At some point perhaps you wont be able to scale, but that wont be 1cr. Much more than that.

To bheek kaiko maang raha hai ?

Also, win rate on its own is a useless metric.

“bheek” see this man first never judge a book by its cover

So you have enough money then… don’t need anyone else’s funded account.

Just know that you are trading OTC where your broker is your counterparty on a highly illiquid pair.

This isn’t “investing”. It is “trading”. That too happening in such quick succession that out has to be a bot. Unfortunately for you my friend you will soon find out why the financial markets are not as stupid as you think they are.

sometimes u lose something to win something, i am going out for some months may be forever be stuck in this matrix peoples

@VAMPIRE I have been seeing all your messages.

In one you say you are a student and you dont have money. Another you show some gains with 92% accuracy. Another you say you trade all markets and Indian markets are stupid and you are scared of being caught.

Then you say you have Jane Street strategy, and you can get 100 cr gains but won’t because NSE/ SEBI will flag it and you will be banned for manipulating. You dont want to do that with your own account but want to use someone else’s money and account to get the gains.

Then you say that your claims of Jane Street like strategy was false and to ignore it - this one I know is out of fear. What if someone reports this to NSE/ SEBI then you are cooked. You are afraid of that and now trying to cover it up.

You say your strategy is secret and won’t share, but then you show pic of Heikin Ashi chart with 2 buy and 2 sell points. You brag that everyone thinks strategy should be complicated but yours is simple.

You claim to be a college student and ask where to get money to trade but then you have gains in hundreds of dollars.

You are clearly lying to the people here. If not one thing, its something else. I know you have some strategy that has given you gains on paper trade, you are scared to put in money so you want someone to give you money. When people started pointing out your flaws, you got defensive and started saying December is not far and you will disappear until then.

My understanding is that you want someone to let you trade for them, using your strategy and their money. You don’t want to get caught at all. If something goes wrong you will run away and let the other person get caught. You want to make big claims about your strategy so that some idiot falls for your trap and lets you in. Doing paper trades have given a false sense of overconfidence which you are now riding on. Paper trade has been seen to do that. I don’t think you have ever touched the real markets, or your understanding would not have been so poor. You may have perfected a strategy on paper trades but real life is different than paper trades.

Lastly you call out others by saying - stay stuck in the matrix. You have just seen some reels and shorts by so-called traders and now you are riding the adrenaline of trying to escape the matrix. The biggest flaw in it is that you think there is a matrix. You clearly have no understanding of what reality is. Chasing money is what keeps you in the “matrix” - if you want to call it that. You are clearly motivated to do that and you are pointing others for being stuck in the matrix.

Till date no one really pointed to you how blinded you are about things which is why when people did not agree with every point you said, you lashed out and threw temper tantrums at every post. Once you graduate college life will teach you that temper tantrums don’t work kid.

Seeing your activity, you tried your scams back in January too and came back again to try again. People called you out that time too but you did not learn. 6 months and still the same. I dont think anything will change for you by December if you keep up your attempts to do people wrong.

All the best with you future boy. I hope you win. I really do. Hopefully your strategy pans out well and gets you big gains, but not at the cost of others.
