Trading Derivatives in USA from India

This is a follow up question to this question that was asked last year. If we earn profits from our legitimate investments that were done from LRS funds, is it allowed to trade derivatives using those profits?

Trading in any Leveraged product in Foreign Market is not allowed. but you can trade with Topsteptrader bcz its online Prop trading firm there you can trade for firm capital. and I think there is no legal issue

Hi Traders,

I know that we cannot trade with margin in foreign exchanges. But can we buy options in US or other markets - I am aware of LRS scheme to send money there is a limit but no idea on any limit for withdrawal.

If we can buy options - can you suggest me any broker for same?

Hi Praveen. OP here. The most painless way I’ve found of doing this is to use Charles Schwab International account. You need a minimum balance of 25000$ to open an account over there though
