Trading from Excel Spreadsheet

I have this excel sheet with buy sell signals. What I have done is:
a) Created a MW in Pi with select stocks
b) Linked that with excel to get real time data

And now wish to give buy/sell bracket order from Excel Spreadsheet…my signal system gives buy/sell price, target price and a stoploss price…my objective is to place order if target meets…fine, otherwise gets auto squared off at 3.15…whatever the colsing price might be.

How do I achieve this?
