Trading in options multiple times a day, possible? Or have to wait for T+ 1 day settlement

Say, I bought 1 lot Options and sold on the same day for profit.

Now I want to trade again , can I? or do I have to wait for settlement?

You can trade multiple times within a day, no problem with that.

But will I have the money before settlement. I think settlement is on the next day right?
Let me explain,
Say I bought Nifty options CE @ 125 rs (3000 / lot) and sold it at 170 in 2 hrs.
profit is 1125. Now can I use the whole amount 3000 + 1125 for another trade?

Yes sunnyp, you can use the additional 1125 for further trades.
You will able to see it added to the Margin amount you had previously.
