How the market is on today when it’s Saturday? Sensex is off only Nifty is on? Also can I sell or buy shares if its on?

Mock trading is just practise session. It allows speculators to practice their trading strategies without risking any real money. You can practice trading and see how much money you would have made or lost, without actually risking that money. All the gain and lose will wiped automatically the next day.
