I am new to trading. What time can I start buying stocks in intraday, can I buy before 9 AM, or is it from 9 to 9:15 or is it only after 9:15 I can start buying?

Yes you can buy in the premarket (9-9:15) but since you’re new, I feel obliged to tell you that it is not a good idea to trade in the first 10-15 mins. It’s because the volatility is very high during the first 15-20 mins and you might see some wide fluctuations in your position during this time.
Many beginners get overexcited for trading and try to place the orders asap. In this haste, they take some really bad trades right in the morning and the rest of the day is spent in “recovering” those losses- which is a very wrong mindset for trading.
Better to slow down, read the market, and take trades only when the initial volatility has settle down.
