I don’t see it coming till the next 3 months. I guess it’s gonna be a massive update with robust stability and that’s why it’s taking time. New TV libraries has some issues in Order Placement from the chart which need a lot of optimisations to sync with the broker’s order panels.

I have the same view - since early May’23. If I remember correctly, I wrote about it in this thread too.

The sheer size of Zerodha will make them slow because if anything goes wrong they will be all over the headlines -both in social media and mainstream media.

Here is just an handful of us - some serious about the latest version of TV and some like me - keeping track of it because it will be good to have but not so serious about it

Having said that - I have started the process of having a back up account to Zerodha. For a long timer like me to do that means that sooner or later Zerodha is going to start losing clients

Personally, I don’t think there would be something too different in the TV library itself from what TV offers with other brokers and the delay is due to optimization… maybe?

Yes - I am guessing optimizing for a few users and optimizing for millions of users will have its own challenges

I don’t really think Zerodha will want to deliberately lose clients or scuttle their own business after having done so much to be where they are - so it must be practical issues that individuals like us may not even be able to comprehend.

It must be like the difference between trading a lot or two and trading with thousands of lots!

Yes, this is the main challenge! Congestion makes new TV library to cause order placement issues.

TFC (Trade From Chart) has just moved to the testing phase. I’ll share more updates soon. This is the last major feature that was pending.

Please provide the updated features of tv chart without TFC for the time being. Take your own time to provide TFC feature.

I am also eagerly waiting for TFC feature but it is a deadly when there some bug happens on the partner end of chart data provider happening on other broker platforms…and nse doesn’t provide us direct realtime data free of cost only taking money from us in the name of security transaction charges, investor protection fund ,etc…where nothing in this world is secure

I think the update will happen maybe on 15 th August?or maybe on the diwali occasion…It will be better than other blue and green broker’s
and …lower glitch and downtime and errors

They Are Very Weak On Commitments In Terms Of Providing Timelines, We’ve Experienced Things Before With Zerodha, Nothing New For Me, Anyway Good Things Takes Time.

All the remaining features have been completed and are ready. Only waiting for the trade from chart-related issues to be fixed.
