Can anyone here explain me how to read tradingview charts?
- When Nasdaq hours are from 9:30am to 4pm eastern time , why is the chart showing 24 hours continuous?
- Also i see no gaps, why is that?
the symbol ypu are viewing on chart is not index. it is CFD, so it is trading for 24/7 on various exchange, the data TV fetch from TVC broker. so when US session close the trading server shift on eouronext.

IXIC is correct.
it is symbol for NASDAQ Composite index (spot).
if you are trading in fut, you should find it in fut with prefix of the selected broker.
note:
i don’t trade in overseas market.
neither do i, but to check charts, i am checking the counterparts of nifty.
