are we getting this

This is only the “Trade From Chart” feature; if you wish to see your watchlist on a popout chart, that is not part of this update.

Trade From Chart just refers to placing/modifying/cancelling orders from the chart and managing the position from the chart.

Making the Marketwatch collapsible on the current Kite main page will look bad on all pages except the chart.

All These things will be addressed in terminal mode.

Seperate Url to do trading on full screen chart

what does this mean?
You can trade on a popout chart, which covers the entire screen on wide screens. F11 will make the chart on a full screen.

Correct, Zerodha’s Version of that, without taking Risk ie. without providing Tradingviews Advanced Library(Platform).

Responded to it here and in DM previously.

@Arockiya_Raja ans. this

We need to get that platform approved as In house platform means we will be responsible if anything goes wrong also clearly NSE states data should stay in India.

Also we feel it is business risk for us, exact reason I can’t say it out as it is our internal decision.
Final point is we are not going to offer direct TV on our platform.

It’s their company, and at the end of the day, it’s their decision.

If someone prefers a different setup, there are always other options.

I kept asking about the TradingView integration again and again because I genuinely like Zerodha’s stability and simplicity. Now that they’ve clearly shared their stand, it helps everyone make informed choices based on what suits them best.

Thank you to everyone who supported me,
and thanks to the Zerodha team for addressing my queries.

Hi @BIR , Nithin has answered here.

I understand business reasons, but this reasoning seems made up after that business reason. I find it hard to believe all data stays in India currently. Do you not use any cloud servers? Zero Amazon or Google servers? If you do, do you have contracts stating that they can have no backups outside India?

Amazon AWS or Google Cloud may have servers in India, and data is likely stored within India.

When will TFC be opened in kite web ?

Next week.
