Query
I was trying to transfer some shares using CDSL Easi. in Zerodha. Though I completed all steps and entered and authorised the transaction using OTP asd well as PIN, the transaction set up was showing as “ready for authorisation by DP”. Today I find that it was expired because it is not authorised by them and the shares are not debited in my DP account. Hence I have initiated the transactions again and is now ready for authorisation by them. Please autyhorise it without fail. I am attaching both pictures where it expired as well as the new one where it is ready for authorisation. Today also it is not done. I called their customer support and talked. They said it will be solved immediately. But it shows same status now. Why Zerodha is giving no attention to customer issues?
