Hi, I have recently come across Nse Caas co-location services provided by authorised vendors to have exchange data availability to small/mid brokers. I want to ask if it’s possible for retailers to access this service. Anybody used or having knowledge about this?
I need the true TBT feed of the exchange(just the trades, not orders) and not the 1 second snapshot feed provided by most retailer serving datafeed vendors ( Truedata, Accelpix, GDFL etc)
Currently, only these 3 vendors are providing such service OFFICIALLY for the NSE -
Lares Softech PVT LTD
Greeksoft Technologies Private Limited
Multitrade Softech Pvt. Ltd.
Seems like that Symphony Fintech no longer provides this service any more.
From last few days Upstox has this feature they are branding them as tick-by-tick
Thanks for you inputs.
You are most welcome. If you find more information, then please update.
Thank you.
Yes, they use TBT data to build the candles. So the chart is seamless.
Hi,
Any of the datafeed vendors above don’t provide the TBT feed. Only option is use a trading terminal from prominent Vendors like Bloomberg, Refinitiv. Or directly getting it from exchange. Talking with exchange, but nothing finalised as of yet.
Any update about TBT feed talk with exchange?
Pricing and how to avail?
Yes true, but I am an HFT like manual scalper. I need TBT data for better trade execution.
Zerodha updates prices once every 250 ms and Dhan is also doing the same. Sometimes, this makes huge difference in prices of executed orders.
If I am punching order based on 250 ms old prices in fast options’ movements, I’ll definitely not get the best prices.
You can understand, in option’s segment prices can change significantly in that 250 ms timeframe.
We scalpers depend on very little movements, that difference can be huge sometimes and can lower efficiency.
I don’t need every tick. I just want updates in prices like every 10-20 ms.
