Unable to add trade of my unlisted share

I’m unable to add trade of my unlisted share which I bought from outside. getting “Required information to perform this action is not available” error.

Hi @gookul, trade details cannot be added for the unlisted shares. Once the stock is active on the exchanges, you will be able to add the trade details.

Hi @ShubhS9 my holdings are showing the same error even though the stock has been listed today.

Furthermore, the shares are showing errors under two separate heads (i.e., one under the ISIN and the other under the scrip of the same company). In the holdings on the dashboard, only 36 shares are showing and not the entire holding of 14400 shares, including the bonus issue.
