Unable to reset CDSL trusted account pin

Hi,

I am looking to reset my trusted user PIN on CDSL. I enter the security question correctly and I am notified on the website that the pin has been recovered successfully, but haven’t received the email yet. It has been more than 24hrs and no luck. Checked spam folders. Nothing. Customer support lines are not working properly. Shot a few emails. I don’t expect reply any time soon. I need to urgently transfer some stocks to a trusted account. Any way to escalate this or solve this?

If emails are not working, you can have a call with the customer support team. I hope it can be beneficial for you. For the escalation matrix of CDSL, I would recommend getting information from their website.

Did you get PIN from CDSL easiest ?..I am also trying since 2 months but not receiving any PING related email from CDSL. if you have got then please guide me what can i do
