I am looking to reset my trusted user PIN on CDSL. I enter the security question correctly and I am notified on the website that the pin has been recovered successfully, but haven’t received the email yet. It has been more than 24hrs and no luck. Checked spam folders. Nothing. Customer support lines are not working properly. Shot a few emails. I don’t expect reply any time soon. I need to urgently transfer some stocks to a trusted account. Any way to escalate this or solve this?
