Recently I got share of bluehope solutions and global green in my cdsl demat account. Although I have never heard of these shares .why it got credited in my demat account?
Ujaas Energy Limited (UEL) has undergone a corporate action involving a demerger, with the record date set for May 22, 2024. Following the demerger, UEL’s business will be divided into three distinct segments:
Demerger Company (UEL): The company will continue to operate its existing businesses, including the sale of solar power plants, solar power generation, operation and maintenance services, and the manufacturing of electric vehicles.
Resulting Company 1 (Bluehope Solutions Limited): This company will take over UEL’s transformer business.
Resulting Company 2 (Globlegreen Power Limited): This entity will handle UEL’s power trading and advisory business.
