UPI mandate could not be cancelled due to MPIN not set

I had applied for IPO Waaree energy, but didnt get the allotment, now i just saw that yesterday i got this message from HDFC bank

HDFC Bank: UPI-Mandate for Rs 40581.00 could not be cancelled due to MPIN not set by customer.

I applied through google pay upi and my account is with SBI, I dont even have hdfc bank account but my upi id is from hdfc bank…seems they are paymennt service bank with google pay…but what should i do now to get my amount unblocked and cancelled my mandate?

The mandate end date for this IPO is November 7, 2024. Your bank will automatically release the blocked amount by this date. In case there is still a delay, then you can reach out to the bank itself for the same. For more details, you can check out our support article here.
