Looks like you are trying to transfer funds directly from the UPI app. The right way to do is to login to Kite>funds, send a request and then accept it in your UPI app of choice. The process is explained here -

Sir, I am making payment through kite app but I am getting [email protected] invalid adress after confirming from UPI APP kindly RESOLVE
same problem here,i tried multiple times to use via UPI for funding ,but its failed everytime its sucks,today is 21 june still no fixed to the problem , even i lost some of my money , the bank statement showing there is a deduction in amount , i will not try to use that UPI again to save my GST Taxes
What’s the error message you are getting?
its says " transcation failed contact your bank" ,thats all ,never mind,i will use old netbanking for funding
