URGENT: Again, unable to cancel orders. Getting internal error. This is observed multiple times now. Please fix it ASAP

@siva Please look into it urgently. I want to take a few positions but unable to do anything. I tried log out and login, cache clear multiple times

@Jack_R There seems to be an issue at the exchange, due to which some of your orders may be pending. We are in touch with the exchange to resolve it at the earliest.

How is this exchange specific issue and not broker specific issue? I can see the LTP getting updated continuously for option contracts which means it is working for other brokers.

same problem here heavy losses in SILVER

I am also facing the same issue, how come it is exchange issue not zerodha issue…I am unable to cancel the order at all before it gets executed…it is not even executed and trying cancelling from almost 45 minutes…who will be responsible for my loss , it is my hard earned money, if I see any loss for the order which is not even executed and before 45 minutes I am trying to cancel you will be responsible to refund my money other wise I will be go to consume court I am damn serious

Not able to exit the position. Losses is increasing

I also have 2 orderes stuck unable to cancel or eidt … its option buying and price is going to zero

If there was issue with exchange then order which was not able to cancel wouldn’t have exchange timestamp. In my case exchange showing timestamp of order I placed and before it accepted i cancelled it but it was not cancelled due to error. Even when I placed the buy order it was throwing error so how come the same order which was not showing until market close time all of sudden start showing after few hours with executed status and since it was option buying the position didn’t squared off automatically/manually. Now your team the profit I made from other postion compensated the entire profit and credit nothing to my account…zerodha is big fraud and the owner also big fraud

Not going to leave anyone until my money don’t come to my account

I connected with zerodha customer care they say its exchage issue , i asked how do i get my lost money, they say we dont know and i need to connect with mcx exchange…

Guys its my kind request…please share here if you get any solution on how to get this lost money

How is it a mistake from MCX side? I did not see any news related to it. It was not working for more than an hour. It would have been in the news if there was issue from the MCX side

Here is the ticket I have raised 20251016420040. There is no fault at all from my side…my profit of 58k just offsetted with the order which was not at all visible under open position in kite web console and not visible post market close…I have provided all the details details by detail in this ticket…I should be getting back my profit lost

I have faced the same issue yesterday night… i have my friend near who is holding demat in angel one who is able to place order, cancel order seamlessly. there is not issue with angel one borker… how come zerodha alone says its exchange issue…
