@vsavla Can you please tell from which bank and what was the dollar rate? Thanks
Can you please increase the bank account addition limits so I can add a bank the supports US funds deposit, with having to remove any current bank account, please.
Added funds successfully. I was confused while selecting the exchange on ICICI’s page and chose NASDAQ based on Gemini’s advice. In my case, ICICI offered a better rate than Kotak.
@gischethans What rate did you get?
I was confused about this part as well. @Arockiya_Raja this should be clarified in the fund transfer support page.
I selected INX IFSC.
I don’t know also what I selected
ICICI Bank.
I paid 5787rs for $60. 95.7 rate + 45rs fixed fee. Though as the post mentions the fixed fees go down as the transfer amount increases.
Oh I see, Axis Bank does not show that
I added 50 USD for 4850 through Axis incl GST
We’ve updated the US Investing section on our support portal.
If i have an US activated account with Dhan and have not yet transferred any amount to it.
And now activate US segment with Zerodha and trade. Do i have to report separately for both or combined in which Dhan details would be considered void.
Thanks
That seems extremely cheap. Both Axis and ICICI charge fixed fees of 1000 for outward remittance. So you might need to pay extra 1000+gst later
Having a Axis Burgundy account so Outward remittance is 100 inr only inward is free
There are two tables in FA. You would need report
- both accounts in 1 table with peak value max value etc per account
- shares in another table with peak value max value etc per share in any account
You also need to fill FSI for
- Dividends
- Capital gains on selling shares
FSI does not carry the 10L penalty though.
Do we need to fill W-8BEN form separately for our account
₹95.6
Hmmm.
4850 -100 is 4750 and that’s 4750/50 is 95. That’s only a markup of 15p from current live rate of 94.85. Is that right?
In my case, ICICI showed promotional benefit applied of -₹1042.78
Thats what i think so
Checking with RM
No that ₹100+GST will be deducted later according to bank
