Utkarsh Bank Right Issue Subscription - Net Banking

Hi there!

I do not hold the shares of Utkarsh bank but have purchased the right shares and i want to apply these shares. The last date for applying appears to be 3rd of November. While i am trying to apply for the shares via my bank of baroda net banking, it is mandatorily asking for the ‘Composite Application Form No’.

I am not sure as to which form is this, can anyone please help as to what is this form and where should this be submitted / emailed, etc.

@aashishchhajer , the netbanking process and options vary from bank to bank, so it’s best to check with your bank once.

If you’re facing difficulties, you can try applying through another bank account held in the same applicant’s name.

How to apply for Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Rights Issue?

Once you either receive the REs from the company or purchase them from the market, you can apply for the rights shares using the methods below;

• Online via Netbanking ASBA
• Offline by submitting the Application Form to the nearest branch of SCSB (Self-Certified Syndicate Bank)
