VBL Ex split - Qty not credited

VBL - Varun Bev ltd went into split action on 6 June, My portfolio still shows an old number of stocks, according to split price.

By what time should we expect the split shares to be credited to the Demat account?

You will be eligible for bonus shares only if you’ve held shares on the Ex-date, or sold shares on the Ex-date (due to the T+2 settlement cycle).

If you are eligible for it shall be generally credited within 15 days. You will receive an SMS from CDSL when your bonus shares are credited to your DEMAT.

Since bonus issue ex date was on 6th June 2022 and record date is 7th June 2022 you can expect by 22nd June 2022.

I have 1 share of VBL(Varun Beverages). But for the record date 07/06/2022, I have not been provided with the cash equivalent of 0.5 shares , for the bonus issue. Can you please let me know why this might have opened and how to resolve it.
