I feel my candles are extremely tall and longin Kite chart compared to a normal candle chart. It’s hard to read the chart this way. Can anything be done about this? Is there a way to make the candle shorter and shrink the candle?

You can adjust how tall a candle is by left-clicking on the Price axis which is the right most panel on the kite chart and dragging it up/down.
Use the +/- sign to adjust the size… located at the bottom.
The +/- sign is the Zoom in/Zoom out option provided on the chart. If you Zoom in, it will increase the width and height of each candle but decrease the number of candles on the chart. Vice versa, if you Zoom out, it will decrease the width and height but it will increase the number of candles on the chart.
But in order to increase/decrease the height of a set number of candles in the chart, you must use the price-axis drag up/down feature. Below are the before and after images of using this feature.
