Is there any chance to go high or will reduce furture.
As a buyer,
Keep a stop near 219-220
If it sustains below…230 CE is most likely going to expire worthless
One more point 
as this is last week before monthly expiry , considering the fact that option is at 4.55
It needs to touch 234.55 to break even (almost 4-5% from CMP)
So, risk reward kind of looks below average to me.
Keep a tight stop , I’d suggest
