Condition:
First 15min tf candle’s volume is higher than last 3days volume
You can refer to the following sample scanner input conditions as per our understanding of your requirement. You can make the necessary changes at your discretion.
The above condition will scan for stocks where the 1st 15 min candle volume is higher than previous 3 days total volume.

@Bipul_basumatary2 Please note that as per the condition shared Birlasoft candle does not match the required criteria i.e total of the last 3 days volume for BSoft is 16.06 Million but the current day 1st candle volume is just 3.04 million.
However, we also shared a condition that scans for stocks where the volume of the first candle is higher than any of the candles from the previous three days. Refer the image below:
