Volumes of option chain

I have 1 confusion that in the website of nse india in option chain volume is shown

For eg in the image below​:point_down:

On call side they show the volume of 22 than does that mean that someone bought 22 lots of call option

Or someone bought 11 and someone sold 11 to match the volume of 22

It means some one bought 22 calls and someone sold 22 calls
