Metal Bulletin is international, though it is only for metals including ones not traded on mcx.
CommodityOnline has too much information. It definitely carries lot of India specific info.
MoneyControl provides several brokerage reports free in their commodities section, which are usually available by 11 or 12 at most every trading day. These reports carry previous days information, but they are quite insightful for most days - like they provide anticipated individual impactful events through the day, inventories levels at LME and SHFE (for metals) etc.
