What does Event symbol mean for any stock?

I have seen Event in blue color on different stocks. e.g. IRCTC has an Event symbol today.
What does that indicate?

IRCTC is going to announce its earnings on September 11th.

Whenever there is some news related to stock or any event scheduled like Earnings Release, Dividends or any other corporate action or news the Event symbol is shown.

There are upcoming announcements like CPI Inflation data, Deposit Growth, etc. that is why.
