RMS:No Category is assigned for entity account-YZ9388 across exchange across segment across product

This error occurs when a user is migrating his account from NSE NOW platform to any of zerodha’s trading terminals & the id creation process isn’t complete.

This error also occurs for new accounts for which ID has been generated but hasn’t synced with the back end.
