The stock gapped down almost 6% but the PE premium remain unchanged and infact got down today morning.
I thought of buying it yesterday but didn’t because I felt the price was high.
Isn’t the premium supposed to go up.
Implied volatility drops after a big event like elections/company results or dividend in this case, leading to a drop in option premium.
