What happens if i punch an order to buy 10 lots, but i have capital to buy only 6 lots. So entire order is cancelled or only 4 lots is cancelled?

Entire order get rejected.

Assume toĀ punch an order forĀ 10 lots required amount is 10kĀ and you have capital to buy only 6 lots which isĀ 6k. Once you punch an order in software, first it validates that order whether sufficient balance(in your case 10k for 10Ā lots) is there or not, if it 1 rupee less also whole order will get reject.

Entire Order gets REJECTED, and it will throw a message saying - insufficient funds.
