What happens when i receive dividends, bonus shares, stock splits and in case of rights issue?

Will they automatically get reflected in my DEMAT account and holdings position after RECORD ( cut off ) date ?

Yes, dividends get credited to your bank account, bonus and splits automatically get adjusted in your demat. In case of a rights issue, you will have to physically fill up the issue to participate.
