According to RBI Liberalised Remittance Scheme any individual allowed to invest $250k in foreign market in each financial year. Now the question is that what if somebody wants to invest more than that?. Is their any legal way of doing it?. I searched it on internet but I didn’t found many answer. @nithin @Karthik can you please answer this question. I’m just curious.
In an individual name that is the limit. If more, you could do through a family member. Companies can do it through the ODI route. Here is the link
