What is the difference between LTQ and Volume ?

How LQT is calculated ? How it affects the volume ?

Let’s say:
Stock: Axis Bank (Cash)

At 09:20:25 the LTQ is 100 and total volume is 1000, next at 09:20:26 LTQ is 20 and total volume is 1800 ?
How it possible when LTQ is just 20 and volume increased by 800 ?

LTQ means the last trade quantity at that time. Whereas Volumes indicate how many shares are bought and sold over a given period of time. You can learn the basics here.
