What percent of shares of a comapny gets listed on nse and bse

I am trying to understand below ,

Lets says a new company plans to get listed on NSE and BSE via IPO , all fresh share issue

At begin , lets assume the total number of shares of that company is 100 numbers.

So how many shares will be listed on NSE and how many wll go on BSE?

Is there certain percentage reserved by SEBi by which the shares are listed on NSe and Bse in some ratio?

Who decides where the shares will be listed, if on multiple exchanges, then wht will be the ratio of distribution of listing

Regards

Exchanges come into play only when a stock has listed on the exchange. Until then only depositories are on play. Once you get shares in an IPO you can sell the shares either on NSE or BSE as long as the stock is listed on both.
