What will be the consequences if my intraday shares do not have any buyer at the time of selling and upto the closing of market ? How will my shares square of if there is no one to buy it?
Now reverse the situation. I am short selling a stock. After selling it at 10 am I want to sell it at 1 pm. But there are no sellers upto the closing of market. How will my positions will square off and what will be the consequences ?
1.) If you are long : If there is no buyer (and you have to sell), there is no way you can sell that particular share. You’ll have to take the delivery of the shares to your demat account and you can sell only once the buyer returns. (In extreme rare case : The buyers never return you can sell those shares back to the company, you’ll have to contact the registrar’s office of that company…and they will buy back your shares)
2.) If you are short : If there are no sellers, then again there is no way you can buy that particular share back. Now this is a bad situation, because the exchange will check that whether you had the particular share in your demat or not (which you sold). In case you are short (known as short delivery) then your shares will go to the auction market after the market closes where you may get less than 10 to 20% of your share value and which may get reflected after T+2 day in your trading account. (This case may happen if the share has hit an upper circuit and you shorted it… now there are only buyers and no sellers. No sellers mean you can not buy back your shorted stock).
As u said in your first answer…will u please help me that how can I contact to registrar office of the company and what is the procedure to sell my share back to company…
They refund my whole invested amount or they deduct some percentage…

I can only recommend to place sell order at opening on monday at limit price to avoid slippage. I think it has 2% as daily circuit limit. Place an order and hope buyers will come on monday.
