What's the option/derivative expiry day?

Sorry for the basic question but I could not find one common answer for it.

Earlier it was Thursdays, and last I know it changed to Tuesday.

I saw some article where it mentioned that it is Monday?

Also, is it already implemented or is it yet to change - somewhere I saw Monday expiry started from 5th April, somewhere it was mentioned it will start from 27 Sept on Tuesdays?

As mentioned in the bulletin, it was withheld by NSE until further notice because of the new SEBI consultation paper on expiry days. (NSE circular).
