Where can I find all the bids and offers than only best 5?
Kite and ICICI Direct both show only best 5 bids and offers. What is really useful is all the bids and offers. I think there is lot of manipulation going on by placing orders at such high-low levels which don’t execute but show up in total bid offer quantity. Sometimes the bid is 3xoffer qty but the stock falls !!
Don’t give any importance to buy and sell Qty. You can get up-to 20 Best Buy and sell in level 3 data feed. What you get in trading terminals is level 2 data.
Your actions should be based on sustained price action. that is at what price level support and resistance zone placed.

Bids and offers are shown to trap the traders. In microsecs, the orders are removed. As a retail trader watching/trading on broker terminal, you can not take a meaningful decision.
In case you really want it, you could get from esignal . There is no other vendor providing that level of information (afaik).

you are right … i also misgudie many time by using bid and ask spread
No… Even with esignal it costs more than a lakh per year !
