Where can i have audit done or do i need an Audit

Hi Readers,

I am a salaried professional with let say 3.5 lakhs per year income.
Secondly i do Intraday and F&o only my turn over is less than 3 lakhs and say loss of 90 thousands .

Do i need to get an audit done .

May I know why the audit is required? Is it because the taxable income exceeds basic exemption limit? If so, then what is the current expemption limit?
