Where can I see margin required for Interest Rate Futures & IndianVIX?

I can’t find margin for shorting these two instruments. Is the whole amount blocked or what?

Is there anybody out there trading in interest rate futures / govt bonds. How is the liquidity and bid/ask spread is like?
