Which capital gain is applicable in case if the unlisted shares go IPO. Will it be considered as LGCG instead irrespective of the by date time?
Hey @Jack_R, the effect of capital gains does not change whether the share are listed or not. However the classification of Long Term Capital gains and Short Term Capital Gains shall be considered from the date of buying as per respective limits.
