I think bull call or bear put spreads are the best limited risk strategies. They are also easy to understand. You can use delta-neutral strategies like calendar spread or diagonal spread, but they would require the use of software or a computer program to determine the exact amount of profits. Even with debit spreads(bull call or bear put), you need to calculate the exact profit using the net delta of the option spread.
