I am a salaried Person and falls under the 20% tax slab. I had also leased a car which I had attached a local taxi operator who pays me a fixed amount on Monthly basis for the current FY. I also did intraday trading in Equity, Futures, Options and Currencies. So basically I have 2 business in which 1 is returning profit and in another I have a huge loss which offsets my profit from 1st Business.
Now which ITR I have to file? Can I offset the losses in my business (leased car profit + losses in Intraday trading) against my salary income?
